I never thought I would receive any inheritance from my deceased father's home. My father neglected doing a dying will or transfer on death deed for his property before he passed. He was behind in taxes and owed for Medicaid. Me and my sister were told it would revert to state property and be auctioned for his delinquent debt to the state. Me and my sister had just given up on receiving anything from the home we spent our entire childhood in and the only thing our father had to his name. After the auction I was contacted by Wes and told there was money left from the auction. He and his services reached out to us all by himself and informed us we were entitled to the extra money.
